Area Information

This quiet vacation home is perfectly situated in South Kihei: just a block from Kamaole 1 Beach Park and endless shops and restaurants.  It is off the busy main drag of South Kihei Road being behind Dolphin Shopping Plaza. Being in Kihei means you are perfectly located for all major attractions on Maui. (map of condo complex) For touring you are just a couple blocks from Highway 31 (Pi`ilani) which quickly takes you North to Lahaina and Kaanapali, or South to luxury Wailea (2 miles) and Makena beaches (see Detailed Map). Kihei itself has turned into a low-key tourist mecca with lots of vacation rentals and tourist-related businesses. I say "low-keyed" as it still has that small town flavor compared to the big and beautiful flare of Kaanapali, or the party-til-you-drop / "we got it all" atmosphere of Lahaina (Don't get me wrong, they are both wonderful places to go as well). Golf anyone? There are SIX golf courses within SIX miles (one mile to the closest)!
