to Submit Rental Application
You can use
any of the following methods to submit the completed Rental Application:
1) Print form, fill out and send by U.S. mail (request address via
email).
2) Print form, fill out and then send by fax (request fax number
via email).
3) Load application form into any of the
following computer programs and then attach completed form to an email
(email address below): Microsoft Word® (.doc), Adobe
Reader® (.pdf), ASCI Text (.txt) or Rich Text Format (.rtf).
4) Coordinate (via email) a rental inspection
appointment and if satisfied then fill the form out after the
inspection.
