PARKING
areas are for working vehicles only –
no storage of any kind. Storage for
excess items is to be either off-property, in rental area or in other
areas offered. No excessively loud TV, music or other noises
at anytime.
No SMOKING or illegal DRUGS anywhere on property. No ANIMALS
are
allowed on property at anytime without prior written
permission. No VISITOR is to reside on property for
more
than 2 weeks without prior written permission & no visitor can
reside
on property over night when tenants are not in residence. Rent
& Deposit are based upon number of occupants in
rental
contract, so increased occupancy may require an increase in
both Rent
and Deposit. Tenant is allowed use of BACKYARD PATIO & yard
area
on West
side. Front porch/entry area are also for tenants
use.
Tenant is to observe & conform to all subdivision,
city, county & state rules, regulations, covenants &
laws. Do not make any REPAIRS or REMODELING to
rental
without prior written permission of Landlord. All DAMAGE
should be reported immediately. If Tenant desires PHONE,
DSL &/or CABLE TV
service, then Tenant is responsible for any &
all installation, service & cancellation fees above what is
provided by landlord. Tenant is
subject
to EVICTION
for non-compliance of any of the house rules listed here or on the
Rental Contract, & will vacate property according to rental
agreement, upon demand.
