VERSION INFORMATION:
(1) The cost for the printed HARDCOPY version (twenty 8 1/2" x 11" full-color pages) is $6.00 (includes postage and handling).

(2) If you prefer to have the computer PC FILE version, it will be attached to the email address you supply when ordering and sent to you (in MicroSoft Word 97' (PC) format, size is around 700 Kbytes). File will be downloaded to your email account normally within 3 business days. Although file is in MS Word 97'format it can be accessed via other applications, as well as other versions of MicroSoft Word (visit the Microsoft Word web site for assistance with this). The cost is only: $3.00. (No Refunds on PC File version)

(3) If you do not have Microsoft Word or do not like to use it -- no problem: you can order access to the on WEB version. After payment you will receive a link URL and password via the email address you provide when ordering, for access to the full version on the internet. Your password will work for at least 30 days, after which you only need to contact the author (just Reply to access email) to get the new password. The cost is only: $3.00.
