Dear Lynn,

You need to set up that conference call on the State health concerns that you assured us would be arranged during our conference call on May 29^th . So that whoever has an interest can participate, and specifically so that the progress on this isn't placed solely on my shoulders.

This is what we arranged to do, and this is what has the approval of many of the individuals concerned. Sidestepping that process and expecting me to negotiate this State issue privately isn't giving anyone confidence in our relations, and may lead to more loss of valuable time.

Putting this on me privately is a departure from what we agreed to, and is a step away from the openness that is essential to the success of this mission.

Please get back to me as soon as this call can be set up, and we can see to it that all interested parties will have an opportunity to listen and/or express their ideas.
